Meet Marti Snyder
Born and raised in Hawaii, Marti A. Snyder, CPA, has dedicated her career to serving individuals and businesses with the same values she learned growing up—honesty, integrity, and friendship.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University in 1998, Marti built an extensive career in both public and private accounting. Her experience includes complex tax management, financial planning, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles, giving her a deep understanding of the financial challenges faced by individuals and business owners alike.
Marti is a proud member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Hawaii Society of Certified Public Accountants (HSCPA). She is also actively involved in her community, serving as Secretary of the Kauai Rodeo & Roping Club and volunteering at various local events.
Outside the office, Marti enjoys spending time with her husband of over 25 years, Bobby, their three children, and four grandsons. She loves family beach barbecues, running with her Australian cattle dogs, caring for horses and cattle, reading at the beach, and biking with friends.

Staff Accountant (Outsourced - TOA Global)
John Paul Reyes is a Staff Accountant who supports the firm remotely from the Philippines. He holds a degree in Accounting Information Systems and is also a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT). With over four years of accounting experience, he assists with bookkeeping, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
Working closely with Marti and the firm's clients, JP is committed to delivering accurate, dependable support while upholding the firm's values of collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional client service. His role reflects the spirit of Laulima—working together across borders to provide quality accounting solutions.
